Nevada Sunrise has a management and technical team with a depth of experience in the use of leading-edge mineral exploration technologies, and in the administration of companies involved in North American public markets.
The Company’s most advanced project, Golden Arrow, is situated along the northeastern margin of the Walker Lane Structural Belt. In total, the Walker Lane trend has past production and current resources of more than 30 million ounces of gold and 400 million ounces of silver. Golden Arrow hosts a calculated National Instrument 43-101 (“NI 43-101″) compliant Measured and Indicated resource of 296,500 ounces of gold and 4,008,000 ounces of silver contained in 12,172,000 tonnes at an average grade of 0.024 oz/t gold, and 0.33 oz/t silver, and a calculated Inferred resource contained in 3,790,000 tonnes of 50,400 ounces gold at an average grade of 0.013 oz/t and 1,249,000 ounces of silver at an average grade of 0.33 oz/t. Nevada Sunrise holds an approximate 21% interest in the Kinsley Mountain Gold Project (“Kinsley Mountain”), operated by Pilot Gold Inc. (TSX: PLG), who holds an approximate 79% interest. Drilling by the Kinsley Mountain joint venture in 2013 and 2014 intersected high-grade gold mineralization over appreciable widths in the Western Flank target area. Geophysical surveys and 11,000 metres of drilling are planned in 2015 as part of a US$2.0 million exploration program, with drilling anticipated to commence in the 2nd Quarter of 2015.
